THAT DELIVERS ON SELF Mahamudra
Me bow to the nature of mind,
the jewel that fulfills all desires.
Desiring to achieve the perfect lighting
clearly visualize your body as the deity
to purify ordinary thoughts.
Develops the noble intention of helping others
and generates pure devotion to your spiritual master.
Sparing no too much in your spiritual teacher or deity.
raise no nothing in the mind, whether real or imagined.
rests without artificiality into the natural state.
Your own mind, unaltered, is the body of the lighting last.
Stay without distraction in this
is the essential point of meditation.
Make the great state of unlimited expansion.
Myriad thoughts of desire and aversion
impel you to the ocean of existence.
seizes the sharp sword of the unborn state
and cuts through its lack of intrinsic nature.
When you cut the root of a tree,
its branches continue to grow.
shining on the ocean,
bubbles emerge and dissolve back into the water.
Likewise, thoughts are but the nature of reality:
not considered a fault. Relax.
If you stick to what appears,
everything arises is released by himself in his own base.
Appearances, sounds and phenomena are your own mind.
phenomenon No one apart from the mind.
The mind is free from birth, cessation and formulation.
Those who know the nature of mind
enjoy the pleasures of the senses
but do not deviate from the nature of reality.
On an island of gold,
not look in vain earth and stones.
In fairness to the great expansion absolute
no acceptance or rejection,
nor states of meditation or postmeditación.
If you do it,
this state is spontaneously present,
meet the expectations of men
as the jewel that fulfills all desires.
Individuals with higher skill levels, medium or common
should learn this in stages appropriate to their understanding.
